Writing your eBook is just the first step in the process of building your online business. You will find that writing an eBook will open many doors and bring you opportunities you never even knew existed before. So once it is written, think about what you want to do next. Here are some things to consider as you begin to build your business based on the eBook you have just written. 1 - You may want to break your writing into many articles that you can submit to the article directories. This will give you an opportunity to repurpose your writing so that many thousands of people from around the world will find out what you do and be able to contact you to learn more. 2 - Giving teleseminars on your topic is another excellent way to reach out to people and share you information. When people have an opportunity to hear you speak, they begin to know, like, and trust you. This will help you to form a stronger relationship with them over a shorter period of time. 3 - Blogging about your material is another way to repurpose information and reach out to the world. A blog also offers the reader the chance to leave a comment on what you have written about in your blog post and to become part of the conversation. 4 - You may also have the desire to speak publicly on your topic. Once you become an author, you will find that you are asked regularly to speak to a variety of groups. Be sure to have your blog or website address ready to give out as you are speaking. Also, print this same address on any handouts you give to the audience. You want to make sure people will be able to find you long after your speech is completed. Look for domain names that are easy to remember and easy to spell. This will make it more likely that people can find you without any confusion. 5 - Social networking is also a way to reach a large group of potential clients who may want to read your eBook. Facebook is a good place to start. There are currently almost ninety million people registered on Facebook. Once you join, search for groups that may have members with similar interests to yours. You can join these groups and ask the members of each group to become your friend. As soon as you have about one hundred friends, start your own group on your niche topic. You can invite your friends to join, and others will find you by searching for the keywords you have included in the title of the name of your group. You will now be off to a powerful start as you begin to develop and create your own online empire.
